Third, with a commitment to strengthening our presence in basic building materials and strategic emerging industries, we picked up the pace of digital and intelligent transformation and the establishment of overseas businesses and steadily advanced green transformation, thereby sharpening our competitive advantages. Fourth, we became steadfast reformers that deepened SOE reform and fostered a more enterprising environment. In addition to these, we enhanced Party building through ideological education, the unification of striving pioneers, and the promotion of inspection and corrective actions with rigorous and practical efforts.

In 2024, we underwent ups and downs throughout the four seasons. With one heart and one mind, we shared weal and woe and made remarkable achievements through innovation and practical efforts. Our employees were distributed across laboratories, factory workshops, markets, and overseas countries. Their contributions boosted corporate growth and illuminated our future.
